I personally oversee relationships with our partners in Europe and worldwide to ensure that only freeze-dried ingredients and additives meeting the highest standards reach your facility. Our story
SALESWAVE was founded in 2020 by Przemysław Cis, drawing on over 15 years of hands-on experience in international trade and food supply chain management. The business began with a clear gap in mind: food manufacturers needed a reliable source of freeze-dried fruit and vegetable ingredients that came with proper documentation, predictable lead times and no procurement surprises.
Over the following years, the product range expanded to include freeze-dried vegetables, natural honey in bulk and dried plums. The supply network grew to cover certified production from multiple European countries. The customer base now spans Poland, the wider EU, the UK, Norway and the Gulf Cooperation Council region.
We remain a focused, specialist distributor. Every product in our catalogue is stocked and documented, and every inquiry gets a response from someone who knows the product and the supply chain behind it.
Products and markets
We supply food manufacturers with freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, natural honey and dried plums in bulk. Available fractions include whole pieces, slices and powders depending on the product. All products are supplied in foil bag or carton packaging.
Typical customer applications include granola and breakfast cereals, protein and energy bars, snack mixes, dairy products and ice cream, chocolate and confectionery, functional beverages and instant teas.
Orders ship from EU warehouses within 3 to 5 business days. Shelf life is 18 months from the shipping date. Minimum order quantity is 2 kg per single SKU, or 4 kg for mixed orders combining different products. Pricing is provided on request per specific product and quantity.
Quality and certifications
Our ingredients come from BRCGS Grade A+ and IFS Food certified production. These are internationally recognized food safety standards audited at their highest tier. For customers requiring religious compliance, Kosher certified production is available. Gluten-free certification is also available.
Every delivery is accompanied by a certificate of analysis and a technical data sheet. Both documents can be provided on request at any point before purchase. We also welcome facility audits for customers building long-term supply relationships.
How to work with us
Getting started is straightforward. Send an inquiry with the product name, required fraction, quantity and intended application to [email protected]. We respond with pricing and availability within one business day.
For new customers, sample packs are available before any bulk order commitment. We send 3 samples of 30 g each; the buyer covers shipping on the basis of a proforma invoice, and that cost is deducted from the first bulk order above 50 kg.
Payment terms for new customers are 100% prepayment. After several successfully completed orders, we can discuss individual open payment terms. For custom requirements such as organic certified ingredients or private label packaging, contact us directly to discuss production conditions and lead times.
