Challenge:
Sweetness Monotony

Chocolate (especially white and milk) can be overwhelmingly sweet. How to balance this taste and introduce an exciting texture without spoiling the velvetiness of the product?

Solution:
Playing with Acidity

Using the natural acidity of freeze-dried fruits. Their tartness perfectly “cuts through” the richness of chocolate, and the lack of moisture guarantees crunchiness even inside a praline.

Flavor Contrast

Sour fruits (Raspberry, Cherry, Currant) are the perfect counterpart to the rich sweetness of chocolate. This contrast builds a sophisticated sensory profile sought by conscious consumers.

Premium Decoration

A whole raspberry in chocolate or a perfect strawberry slice embedded in a bar is a genre classic. Our fruits (EU origin) guarantee impeccable shape, no dust and the aesthetics essential in luxury products.

Natural Coloring

Replace artificial colorants in ganache-type fillings with our fruit powders. You will achieve a deep, natural color (e.g. intense raspberry pink) and authentic taste in one technological step.
